Description

The American-Style Draftsman's Chair offers a ruggedly constructed traditional design that offers both comfort and durability. Features include pneumatic height control, a height- and depth-adjustable hinged backrest with polypropylene back shell, dual-wheel casters, and a 23" tubular chrome steel base with built-in foot ring. The seat cushion is made of long-lasting, comfortable molded foam and is 18"W x 18"D x 4" thick. Backrest is 15"W x 10"H. Seat height adjusts from 23" to 31". Comes complete with a set of locking casters and a set of non-slip floor glides.

      Dollar for dollar you can spend two or three times the price and not get as good a chair. Foot rail is super heavy duty, wide seat, great design for the back rest. Very simple to assembly, attention to detail - EVERY screw had a little loc-tite on it to ensure it does not back-out over time. Great choice of wheels or (in my case) no wheels. Finding a good chair where the casters are flat and not wheels is very difficult. As it is new, only time will tell if fabric and padding will hold up, but from what I see as far as fit, finish and thread, this should be a long term relationship. Probably order at least one more and maybe two...[...] overall great product and great place to do business with.

      I spent so much time BOB (Butt On Bench) of my new organ that my back was killing me. I needed something to provide back support, that would be low enough to use at the organ, and that did not have wheels. The seat is very deep, so I still use a lumbar support cushion on the back. It works out great for me.
