This is a beautiful piece of craftmanship. Easy to assembly although you do need a second set of hands for some parts. Sturdy construction yet a handsome piece of furniture. The tilt top works perfectly.
Would highly recommend this to the serious crafter/artsy person.

Difficult assembly

This table is really beautiful in my office. I did however, find it difficult to assemble. I am very familiar using the tools required and following directions but it took almost three hours to put together on my own.
A second pair of hands would be helpful. The table top came slightly damaged along one edge which I filled with a matching color wood putty.
It also is a little shaky when I lean on it- it's not as solid as the description would have you believe. But, as I said , I do love the look of it and it's large working surface. I may add another crossbar along the back to further stablize it.
